Any self respecting craft brew aficionado knows this is a must-not-miss-event – and this year in particular – as all things Mead are getting some of the spotlight as the theme for this ANHC is Provenance & Change
Stone Dog Meadery’s very own Head Brewer Steve Kirby will speak on a subject close to our hearts – Australian Honey. Steve’s talk will showcase the unique differences in the flavour of Aussie honeys, and how those same flavours are expressed in Meads produced from them.
Steve will also be judging in the Australian Amateur Brewing Championships, which are taking place within the ANHC conference.
And although our Lavender will remain back at Stone Dog Meadery HQ taking care of all things Stone Dog and our small farm – she will be there in “Spirit”.
